To provide TSFM+ services, we collect and store essential personal data, including full name, email, phone number, password, province, crop information, plot area, and GPS location for the plot.
We may also collect additional information such as IP addresses and access times for analytics, service improvement, and system security.
We use your personal data to analyze soil/crops/plots, provide fertilizer recommendations, support planning of soil and crop management, communicate relevant updates, and develop/support features.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the service or as required by law.
We store personal data on secure servers/cloud systems used to operate the TSFM+ app. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the TSFM+ services, to maintain records for legal/compliance purposes, and for resolving disputes. When the data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.
We may share personal data with trusted service providers who help us operate the TSFM+ service (for example, hosting, backend services, and analytics/monitoring). These service providers are required to protect personal data and to use it only for the purposes we authorize.
Depending on where our service providers operate, personal data may be processed or stored outside your country. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable law.
The app may use cookies/cache or similar technologies to help remember usage patterns and improve user experience. You may be able to manage these settings through your device or browser controls.

ระบบจะใช้ข้อมูลของท่านเพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลดิน พืช และพื้นที่เพาะปลูก แนะนำการใช้ปุ๋ย วางแผนการจัดการดิน น้ำ และพืชเศรษฐกิจ ติดต่อสื่อสาร แจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสาร และพัฒนาหรือให้บริการระบบสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน
ระบบจะไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน และจะไม่เปิดเผยต่อบุคคลภายนอก เว้นแต่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการหรือเป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
ระบบจะจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์/ระบบคลาวด์ที่ใช้เพื่อการดำเนินงาน ของแอป TSFM+ โดยระบบมีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยทางเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการ อย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อป้องกันการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต การเปิดเผย การแก้ไข หรือการทำลายข้อมูลโดยไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย

แอปอาจใช้คุกกี้/แคชหรือเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายกัน เพื่อช่วยให้ระบบจดจำรูปแบบการใช้งาน และปรับปรุงประสบการณ์การใช้งาน ท่านอาจจัดการการตั้งค่าเหล่านี้ได้ผ่านอุปกรณ์หรือ เบราว์เซอร์ของท่าน
