1. Collection of Personal Information
To facilitate services for all users of the TSFM+ application, the
system collects and stores essential personal data, including full name,
email, phone number, password, province, crop information, plot area,
and GPS location.
This data is used for analysis, fertilizer recommendations, and for planning soil, water, and crop management across Thailand. The system may also collect additional data such as IP addresses and access times for analytics, service improvement, and system security.
2. Use of Personal Information
TSFM+ will use your personal data only as necessary for analyzing soil,
crops, and plots, improving system quality, communicating relevant
updates, and developing new features or support systems. Your
information will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties
without consent, unless required by law.
3. Use of Cookies and Cache
Cookies and cache are data stored by TSFM+ on your browser or device to
help remember your usage patterns. If permitted, the system will use
cookies to enhance your experience. You may later disable cookies or
cache through your device or browser settings.
4. Updates to the Privacy Policy
TSFM+ may update or revise this policy from time to time without prior
notice to align with system development and legal requirements. Users
are encouraged to review this policy each time they use the system.

แอปพลิเคชัน TSFM+ ระบบจะจัดเก็บและรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่จำเป็น
สำหรับการใช้งานระบบของท่าน ได้แก่ ชื่อ-นามสกุล อีเมล เบอร์โทรศัพท์
รหัสผ่าน จังหวัดที่อยู่ ข้อมูลพืชที่ปลูก ข้อมูลพื้นที่แปลงเพาะปลูก และ
พิกัดจีพีเอสของพื้นที่เพาะปลูก
ข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะถูกใช้เพื่อประกอบการวิเคราะห์ แนะนำการใช้ปุ๋ยที่เหมาะสม และวางแผนการจัดการดิน น้ำ และพืชเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทย นอกจากนี้ระบบอาจ จัดเก็บข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม เช่น หมายเลขไอพีและเวลาที่เข้าใช้งาน เพื่อวิเคราะห์ ปรับปรุงคุณภาพการให้บริการ และรักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบ
2. การใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ระบบ TSFM+ จะใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเท่าที่จำเป็น
เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลดิน พืช และพื้นที่เพาะปลูก
ปรับปรุงคุณภาพของระบบ ติดต่อสื่อสาร แจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสาร
และพัฒนาฟีเจอร์หรือระบบสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน โดยจะไม่นำข้อมูลไปขาย เผยแพร่
หรือเปิดเผยต่อบุคคลภายนอก
เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมจากท่านหรือเป็นไปตามที่ กฎหมายกำหนด
3. การใช้คุกกี้ (Cookies) และแคชข้อมูล (Cache)
คุกกี้และแคชคือข้อมูลที่ระบบ TSFM+
ส่งไปยังเบราว์เซอร์หรือจัดเก็บไว้ในอุปกรณ์ของผู้ใช้
เพื่อช่วยให้ระบบสามารถจดจำข้อมูลการใช้งานของท่านได้ หากท่านอนุญาต
ระบบจะใช้คุกกี้เพื่อ บันทึกข้อมูลการใช้งานและปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ของท่าน
ทั้งนี้ท่านสามารถปฏิเสธการใช้งานได้

อาจปรับปรุงหรือแก้ไขนโยบายฉบับนี้เป็นครั้งคราวโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ท่านทราบล่วงหน้า
เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการพัฒนาระบบและข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย
